The April gathering was huge! Around 350 Jaguars were on show, including a magnificent display of XJ40s.
It was a ‘black’ day at the March Breakfast Club, although the skies turned blue, which came as a welcome surprise for those who had driven through dismal weather on the way.
The boys in blue were out in force for the February Breakfast Club! Thankfully no one was arrested, except by the vision of one hundred blue Jaguars responding to our call for a dedicated line of blue cars at the meeting.
The Jaguar Breakfast Club kicked off 2024 in fine style for the January gathering, with a gloriously sunny morning attracting almost two hundred Jaguars to the British Motor Museum.
The final event of the year saw an ethereal atmosphere of freezing fog and sub-zero temperatures, which apparently only strengthened the resolve of indomitable Jaguar owners to attend, with over one hundred cars arriving through the icy mists.
A perfect world would be one where the sun always shone at Jaguar events, but for the November Breakfast Club we suffered a hiccup to this utopia. It rained! The early deluge did subside through the morning, although, unsurprisingly, only the hardy set out for Gaydon and we expected a low turnout.
The October Jaguar Breakfast Club was an especially privileged event at the invitation of Jaguar Classic to visit Classic Works, Coventry, where all those wonderful recreations of C-types, D-types and more are built.
Jaguars at Gaydon took place on 2nd September at the British Motor Museum. This is an annual event gifted to the Jaguar community by the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust, this year and attracted around 700 Jaguars and Daimlers to an action-packed show – making for a rather fantastic extension to a standard Jaguar Breakfast meeting!
A conventional Breakfast Club on an unconventional day… a JBC first, a mid-week meet. Thursday 15th July 2023!
JBC returned to the British Motor Museum for a JBC first – a mid-month gathering! They said “There will be rain!”. But, there wasn’t (at least not during the main event).
